Coalescence and Dewpoint are both ponderings on the path of breath and our moment to moment life sustaining pattern of breathing. The blown glass forms
themselves reference breathing. As an inhale fills a lung and is then captured breath, Dewpoint’s closed fish trap type form refers to the inhale while Coalescence’s
open form refers to the releasing of an exhale.

The blown glass pieces are both containers of breath as well as formed by breath. Each are covered in dewdrop patterns like moisture molecules concentrating into water. The faint transparent sky blue incalmo bands reflect transitioning phases of lift and sink in free flight or rise and fall of a chest while breathing.
